After staying at Courtyard New York Manhattan/Upper East Side, I was impressed by the friendly housekeeping staff who kept the room extremely clean and comfortable. the front desk was always helpful with transportation queries and I appreciated the 24/7 availability of hot tea. the location was perfect for me, being close to my daughter's new apartment. the room was larger than expected with a nice view, and the early check-in option was convenient. Free coffee in the reception area was a nice touch, and the proximity to the ferry for a cheap NY skyline view was a bonus. Overall, a great stay with a comfortable atmosphere and convenient amenities - perfect for my trip with friends!
